To keep our promises to serve sincerely prepared food to our precious customers, as our company name indicates, we continuously strive for excellency in service through equipment of large indoor play facilities within the restaurants, education of our staff, exceptional distribution channel, and carefully(meticulously) formulated management system.
We have been operating upon the belief of harmony, communication, and transparency. Internally, we regularly hold book clubs to acquire management knowledge from literature and continuously strive to build networks both online and offline. Moreover, we also try to adhere to our core values by externally engaging in various attempts to use only the safest ingredients and participating as a mentor in a governmental program to provide guidance to independent small and medium-sized firms.
Not only this, but Ebadom delivers improved services to customers via its distinguished business incubation system and active communication with franchisees, facilitating the growth for the customers, the owners, and the company itself.
In preparation for the 20 years to come, Ebadom has expanded and relocated its production/ distribution center which proudly boasts its surprising scale of 128mi2.
We believe that this center will function as the new production hub of dining/cultural contents as it functions as a propellant for future growth, play the key role in leading the global introduction of Korean cuisine, and serve as the founddation as we take our first step towards becoming a global leader in the area of dining/cultural contents.
