The special pork, used as a main ingredient in Ebadom Storypan, thoroughly undergoes aging for 168 hours in the perfect aging condition that Ebadom has discovered through research, which allows the meat to boast its maximum texture and flavor.

Ebadom Storypan has organized our specialty Poongmiyuk pork with the spicy short-armed squid stir-fry, cooked with our special sauce recipe, as its main menu.

Aside from this, Storypan also has a variety of world-loved lunch menu such as Military sausage stew, Bean Sprout Rice Soup, Kimchi stew, and other stir-fry dishes.

Storypan serves rice freshly cooked every morning

Storypan’s fresh rice is entirely purchased from the vast fields with enough sunlight and wind in gongduk area in Jeonbuk province.

The rice from this area is fuller in shape, stickier, and thus is famous for its wonderful taste. Especially, we only use the rice harvested in the beginning of the year and pound-polish them right away to serve only the freshest rice to our customers.

We provide our customers with only the thoroughly and freshly cooked rice.

Storypan’s safe meat-aging system, which is done under the most ideal temperature and humidity through years of research, is conducted in three steps: absorption of meat juice –condensation – and enrichment. Meat undergoing this process has higher and more thorough meat juice containment, and the red meat itself becomes much softer and higher in quality.
