Where does the name “Ebadom” come from?
It is old Korean for “sincerely prepared food to treat precious guests”

The name “Ebadom” comes from the old Korean marriage tradition in which the bride, before moving into the groom’s house after the wedding, brings only the best food that her mother carefully prepared with the best cooking methods from the family for the groom’s parents and his neighbors.



Ebadom Family Dining: A happy dining cultural complex for all family members

Our brand try our best to reflect the diverse needs of our customers through constructing a super-sized space of nearly 1000m², which enables us to collaborate with other brands. With the globally loved Gamjatang(pork back-bone stew) and Deungbbyeojjim(Steamed pork backbone dish) as our main dish, We continually conduct research & development on the traditional flavors of Korea.

From the first restaurant of 330m² to its tenth franchise with its jaw-dropping size of over 2600m², Ebadom laid foundation as a family dining entity by pronominalizing Gamjatang, which was a type of a drunk food that was considered as a street food, into a family-loved cuisine.

Furthermore, it was the first to integrate indoor children’s playground to a restaurant venue, which shows the insight of the company to provide family dining and cultural contents as a resolution for the frowned-upon issue of some restaurants implementing a “No children allowed” policy.
