With laying the foundation as an emerging global circulation hub as our goal, we have relocated the research and development labs, production chain for fermented products, and their storage facilities that would play a key role in propelling Ebadom’s overseas growth.

Also, we do our best to revive the economy and ensure that the benefit goes to both the company and the locals by directly purchasing from or contracting with farmers from the Jeolla region, and by hiring talented staff in the region.

In actuality, the ingredients that we currently use such as soy sauce and soybean paste are produced in this region.

Ebadom took its first step to actualize the usage of ‘local food’ by implementing ‘consumption to promote production, production to encourage consumption’

We have segmented the key points that help to deliver our phenomenal taste into five sectors, setting key management points and standards for each to educate managers of the chain itself, guide them in managing them, and checking if the process is smoothly operated.




Store management in accordance with their rank & Medical Support

Based on our OAI standard, each franchise is assessed to detail consistently and each is ranked from A to F according to the result.

The low-ranked franchise is set aside to receive special management and care from the ESP(Ebadom Specialist).

Research & Development

Menu development

Ebadom research staff was the first one to patent its specially made backbone stew and is continuously striving to develop and improve the menu based on its superior quality control from direct transaction with the producers and the traditional cooking know-how.

Hardware development
Ebadom, through its ability to develop new technology and machinery, enables a more facilitated and efficient kitchen appliances to help publicize the traditional dishes that were considered too complex in its cooking methods, allowing the Korean food to be more widely provided.

Sales and discovery of specialty regional dishes
Ebadom discovers cooking methods and regional traditional dishes in a particular area and helps to more quickly and easily distribute them nationally and internationally to help everyone around the world access the unique taste of regional dishes.

CLEAN production, helping to make the cooking process more sanitary and precise.
Ebadom utilizes its 20 years of experience to develop special cooking tools such as three-level heated bone boiling bowl, its patented three-level grill to continually develop the CLEAN process, helping to actualize the heartfelt touch to our food, just like the one of a mother.

Marketing and PPL

Marketing through usage of Hallyu(the Korean wave of entertainment) and adaptation and consulting of marketing to each franchise.

We conduct product placement marketing in Korean TV shows to promote the Ebadom brand. In addition, we create specialized marketing strategy, tailored based on the surroundings of each franchise venue, so that we can satisfy the needs of our customers
